• Lead the identification of needs and develop features for digital tools used by General
• Conduct market and user research; write product requirements and drive development and design
• Partner with design, engineering, marketing, and other stakeholders to ensure successful launches
• Oversee product lifecycle from ideation to post-launch feedback and refinement.
• Collaborate on global product commercialization plans with regional teams.
