- Lead discovery and design sessions with a "Keep It Simple" mindset. Act as a trusted advisor
- Lead and execute software implementations using prescribed best practices, standardized packages
- Develop deep proficiency in the Vault Platform and Vault CRM Events Management. Use platform
- Guide customers in unifying their complete event lifecycle—from planning and speaker management to

🎯 Requirements
- Relevant Experience: 2+ years of experience leading and delivering enterprise SaaS/Cloud
- Domain & Technical Aptitude: Understanding of Life Sciences commercial event operations
- Consultative & Presentation Skills: Proven ability to lead customer discovery workshops
- Execution & Focus: Self-starter with a track record of operational discipline, high attention
- Travel: Willingness to travel up to 25–30% as required for key project milestones and customer
