🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years of progressive finance leadership; CPA, CFA, or MBA preferred; hands-on with multi-entity
• GAAP close, external audit experience, revenue recognition, consolidations, and controls framework
• Strong unit economics analysis, liquidity management, and capital allocation judgment
• Experience modernizing finance tech stack; systems, automation, and data environment
• Proven ability to develop finance leaders and scale the function without heavy headcount

• Base salary $225,000 – $250,000 plus bonus
