📋 Description

• Deliver direct, longitudinal care to members in clinic and via telemedicine
• Synthesize multi-disciplinary datasets into a personalized plan
• Interpret findings with nutritionists, exercise physiologists, radiologists, cardiologists
• Communicate risk stratification and results to engaged members
• Build long-term relationships to support adherence
• Collaborate to refine the Biograph Method and clinical protocols

🎯 Requirements

• Board certified, primary care background strongly preferred
• 5+ years of practice beyond residency
• California medical license (or eligible)
• Excellent communication around risk and findings
• Comfort in startup, fast-paced environment
• Fluency with EHR/HIPAA and modern clinical/data tools
