📋 Description
- Design and build agentic workflows that automate partner experience operations: triage, onboarding
- Partner with systems lead to integrate workflows with portal, CRM, enablement stack, finance
- Turn recurring manual work into reliable, monitored automations with guardrails and
- Own the operational health of what you ship: error handling, edge cases, escalation paths, and
- Prototype fast with the team by delivering a working v1 in days
- Establish reusable patterns and teach the team to self-serve on simple workflows
🎯 Requirements
- Hands-on experience building with LLMs and agentic tooling: prompt and workflow design
- Experience across APIs and business systems — CRMs (e.g., Salesforce), partner portals
- Strong automation risk judgment: which steps to own vs. require human check, and graceful failure
- Process instincts: identify bottlenecks and redesign workflows rather than automated replication
- Clear written communication; document what you build for longevity
- 5+ years in operations eng, solutions eng, business systems, RevOps, or similar build-heavy role
