📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end project management of pitches across new business, client-facing, and cross-market
• Build and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and resource schedules, ensuring workstreams
• Coordinate cross-functional teams — creative, strategy, production, and senior leadership —
• Identify risks, dependencies, and blockers early; escalate and propose practical solutions to
• Manage pitch budgets at project level, including cost estimation, PO management, invoicing, and
• Support PMs/coordinators on pitch projects and help develop their skills and processes.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in project management, traffic management, or production coordination in a
• Proven experience owning pitch processes end-to-end in an agency, in-house studio, or new business
• Proficiency with Monday.com, Asana, or Smartsheet; fluency in Google Workspace and/or Microsoft 365.
• Experience managing project-level production budgets, including cost estimation, supplier
• Strong communication and stakeholder management, with ability to engage senior leaders and align
• Advanced use of Gen AI tools to improve workflows and outputs; experience designing AI-assisted
