• Recruit, mentor, and scale a global engineering org.

🎯 Requirements

• BS/MS/PhD in CS or related, or equivalent.
• 12+ years software engineering; 4+ years in a Director role with managers.
• Deep AI/ML expertise; hands-on with LLMs and NLP.
• Proven enterprise software delivery experience.
• Experience scaling across geographies.
• Strong product, sales, delivery collaboration and comms.
