IT Support Administrator I

📋 Description

• Support and troubleshoot users in the NYC office and remotely for end-user issues
• Enforce IT compliance and policy obligations
• Maintain Zoom Rooms and AV hardware in conference rooms
• Monitor for security threats and malware to protect users
• Occasionally maintain in-office network infrastructure
• Maintain enterprise IT assets such as servers and desktops

🎯 Requirements

• Experience with macOS administration and support
• Ability to improvise and find immediate solutions
• Experience managing formal ticketing systems
• Experience administering SaaS technologies
• Flexibility to work with all types of technology
• Experience with machine and account provisioning/deprovisioning
