Senior Civil Estimator (Earthwork & Utilities)

📋 Description

• Manage the complete estimating process for commercial earthwork and utility projects from bid
• Prepare accurate quantity takeoffs using standard estimating software.
• Develop project estimates and bid proposals; review plans and specs for scope.
• Prepare and manage RFIs during bidding; follow internal processes.
• Maintain bid records within internal systems and communicate with the owner on priorities.
• Progress to autonomous bid management within established procedures.

🎯 Requirements

• Civil Engineering degree or relevant engineering background preferred.
• Proven experience estimating U.S.-based commercial construction projects.
• Strong experience with commercial earthwork and utility estimating.
• Ability to manage the complete bidding lifecycle from takeoff to submission.
• Experience with quantity takeoffs, RFIs, and bid packages.
• Understanding of U.S. construction standards and workflows.
