Senior / Staff Product Designer - Patient

📋 Description

• Own the patient product experience end to end.
• Prototype and test ideas quickly with AI tools.
• Collaborate with PMs, engineers, and researchers.
• Design AI-native patient experiences across the journey.
• Run experiments with clear success metrics.
• Contribute to Helix design system and AI patterns.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of product design experience (Senior) or 8+ years (Staff).
• Experience with consumer/patient-facing products impacting care uptake.
• Systems thinker able to simplify state-heavy problems.
• Product strategy instinct and roadmap alignment.
• Fluency with experimentation and AI prototyping tools.
• Motivation to advance mental healthcare accessibility.
