🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years in software engineering with ownership of major technical scope within a team.
• Deep understanding of Kubernetes internals: controllers, schedulers, CRDs, CSI, CNI, and extension
• Distributed systems fundamentals: fault tolerance, graceful degradation, large-scale failure
• Experience operating control plane and low-level pieces of large Kubernetes clusters.
• Observability at scale: Prometheus, Grafana, distributed tracing, actionable alerting.
• Strong Go and Python skills; solid Linux, networking, containers, and cloud infra knowledge.
