Business Compliance Operations Officer

📋 Description

• Lead and manage CDD/KYC for client onboarding, reviews, and triggers
• Own onboarding workflows and resolve issues for seamless client experience
• Maintain accurate client records and due diligence data
• Identify and escalate potential compliance risks and gaps
• Collaborate with Compliance, Operations and business teams for risk management
• Support regulatory reporting, governance and process improvements

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 5 years' experience in risk, compliance, corporate admin, or regulated env
• Strong AML/CFT knowledge including PEPs and enhanced due diligence
• Attention to detail and ability to follow procedures
• Excellent organisational and time management
• Strong written and verbal stakeholder communication
