📋 Description

• Lead the Financial Risk Engineering team and own the technical roadmap
• Serve as connective tissue between engineering, product, compliance, fraud countermeasures, and
• Stay hands-on: contribute to codebase, influence architecture, unblock the team
• Build and grow a team capable of operating in ambiguous risk areas
• Partner with data science and analytics to convert fraud signals into effective systems
• Shape how AI tools are used across the team, from incident investigation to code review

• Experience managing engineering teams with hands-on technical depth
• Comfort making trade-off decisions with imperfect information
• Strong track record partnering with non-engineering functions like product, compliance, data science
• Clear communicator able to explain technical/risk trade-offs to stakeholders
