📋 Description

• Conduzir interviews, workshops e discovery with stakeholders across business areas.
• Map processes, identify bottlenecks and opportunities for automation and AI.
• Translate business needs into technical requirements and viable solutions.
• Propose solutions using AI agents, automation tools, and no-code/low-code tools.
• Develop PoCs, scripts and automations with Python of low to medium complexity.
• Support implementation and validate results, impact and evolution opportunities with the client.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience with Python for scripting, automations and API integrations.
• Knowledge in Generative AI, LLMs and business context applications.
• Experience or knowledge in AI agent frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen or similar).
• REST APIs and system integration knowledge.
• Familiarity with no-code/low-code automation tools (n8n, Dify, Make, Zapier or similar).
• Experience conducting discovery, requirements gathering or process mapping with business areas.
