Job Description
📋 Description
- Lead MRB process: inspect non-conforming parts, root-cause analysis, material dispositions
- Containment management for non-conforming materials, tooling, and inspection equipment to protect
- Develop and implement inspection plans for incoming, in-process, and final inspections per Product
- Collaborate with Quality, Manufacturing, and Engineering to standardize inspection methods and
- Review manufacturing process plans and inspection requirements; provide actionable quality
- Support calibration management, internal audits, traceability data analysis, and quality
🎯 Requirements
- 5+ years in metrology inspection, quality inspection, or a quality-focused manufacturing role in a
- Experience with AS9100, ISO 9001, IATF 16949, or similar QMS.
- Proficient with calibrated metrology tools (calipers, micrometers, CMMs, etc.) and interpreting
- Experience with investigative/validation activities using tools like X-ray, digital
- Ability to work independently and cross-functionally with Quality, Manufacturing, and Engineering
- Degree or certifications such as ASQ CQE/CQIA, IPC-A-610/620 or related field preferred.
