📋 Description

• Own the customer-facing conversational agent across chat and voice, from intent coverage to
• Collaborate with enterprise partners from discovery to launch, translating needs into product
• Work with Partner Solutions on implementation and onboarding
• Drive design daily in Figma to produce flows and wireframes
• Build functional prototypes using AI coding tools when faster than written specs

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in product management with principal/lead ownership of a customer-facing product
• Design fluent, able to manipulate design files and create basic flows in Figma
• Ability to write enough code to prototype without a developer
• Hands-on front-end experience and credible collaboration with engineers
• Deep partner-facing experience with enterprise clients, ideally in regulated industries
• Data-driven approach focused on service metrics and automation
