📋 Description

• This position can be virtual anywhere in the U.S.
• Supports a Brand or Franchise in design and delivery of training solutions to a field sales org.
• Aligns Training & Development with Brand Strategy to improve performance learning.
• Builds relationships with stakeholders at various levels; strong coaching emphasis.
• Applies training fundamentals to enhance participant performance.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• 3+ years field sales in pharma or equivalent.
• Knowledge of CFR 210/211, cGMP regulations.
• Project management experience; matrixed org experience preferred.
• High performing sales track record; understands drivers of commercial success.
• Ability to partner across levels to align training with business strategy.
