🎯 Requirements
- 7+ years in mobile development; 4+ years with React Native
- Proficient in Javascript/Typescript
- Hands-on with React Native and Expo; native modules/components
- Experience with complex state management; Redux Toolkit bonus
- RN SDK updates; debug JS↔native boundary
- Stay current on native OS releases and their RN impact
