📋 Description
- Own Roo's frontend platform, including design system, UI tooling, and architecture for web and
- Lead platform initiatives: framework upgrades, React Native modernization, Expo adoption, and
- Move fast with AI-assisted workflows and ensure scalable, polished product experiences for
- Collaborate with Product and Design to evolve our design system as a foundational platform.
- Improve developer experience with tooling, templates, and documentation to increase velocity.
- Migrate legacy components to v2 design system and enable fast page/flow ship.
🎯 Requirements
- Significant production software experience, especially frontend systems.
- Strong full-stack fundamentals with deep React and TypeScript expertise.
- Experience with React Native or mobile development.
- Collaborative with designers; comfortable with design tools (Figma) and design systems.
- Hands-on AI-assisted development experience (Cursor, Claude or similar).
- Experience tying design systems to prototyping tools and engineering pipelines.
