📋 Description

• Lead ambulatory and centralized clinical pharmacy programs for a health system partner.
• Oversee clinic-integrated and remote clinical pharmacy teams under CPAs with physicians across
• Drive staff recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, and quality assurance.
• Collaborate with clinic leadership to standardize practices and expand services while ensuring
• Partner with Education and Development teams to enhance pharmacist onboarding.

🎯 Requirements

• PharmD and licensed pharmacist.
• Ability to work PST hours; willing to travel on-site as needed.
• Minimum 5 years clinical pharmacy experience in ambulatory/specialty settings.
• Minimum 2 years progressive leadership or management experience.
• Experience with Collaborative Practice Agreements and interdisciplinary care models.
• Expertise in oncology, rheumatology, gastroenterology, neurology or related specialties.
