📋 Description
- Take ownership of compliance projects and drive remediation plans
- Serve as liaison between Compliance, Product, Engineering, and Operations
- Maintain a centralized ledger of compliance projects
- Partner with Ops to implement guardrails in daily workflows
- Identify and resolve operational drift before compliance risks
🎯 Requirements
- 2–4 years in Compliance Operations, Risk Management, or Ops PM in fintech
- Execution-focused with track record of delivering complex projects
- Cross-functional coordination across Legal, Ops, and Engineering
- Knowledge of consumer lending regulations and impact on ops
- Experience with Jira, Asana, Zendesk, or similar tools
- Technology-first background; quick learner; deadline- and detail-oriented
