📋 Description

• Oversee the full operational stack of junipersquare.com: CMS governance, SEO/AEO, production ops
• Own CMS end-to-end: governance, plugins, security, and page production; brief agencies; QA releases.
• Run production ops: publish posts/assets; manage cross-functional dependencies; maintain site
• Monitor Core Web Vitals, site speed, uptime; maintain recovery procedures for issues.
• Own organic SEO strategy and roadmap: technical SEO, architecture, crawlability, schema.
• Design and operate AI workflows for AEO/GEO monitoring and content refresh cycles.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in a Marketing function with direct ownership/management of a B2B website.
• Hands-on CMS ownership with headless/hybrid CMS (Contentful, Sanity, Webflow, etc.).
• Deep analytics and technical SEO expertise; data-driven optimization.
• Real AEO/GEO fluency and ability to monitor/correct AI-powered representations.
• Cross-functional collaboration and solid project management with minimal guidance.
• AI fluency and proven ability to build AI-powered systems for operational leverage.
