📋 Description
- Establish and maintain equipment standards for internal manufacturing operations
- Develop and lead Preventative Maintenance program and reliability efforts
- Identify new suppliers with Supply Chain, Product Development, and Quality
- Develop and maintain a Class 8 cleanroom manufacturing environment
- Evaluate and implement cost-saving recommendations (e.g., process improvements, DFM)
- Provide direction for project management of budgets, timelines, and resources
🎯 Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in manufacturing/process/quality engineering in a regulated technical
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Science; MBA preferred
