Partnerships Business Operations Manager

📋 Description

• Own intake for new process requests; triage, scope, and prioritize needs across the partner org.
• Design and stand up partner operations processes from zero to one.
• Build AI automations with Claude; move workflows from prototype to production.
• Join cross-functional teams on priority initiatives and drive data-driven improvements.
• Manage registrations, referrals, incentives, applications, and onboarding data with accuracy.
• Collaborate with GTM partners to align on strategy, SLAs, and measurable outcomes.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years in management consulting or investment banking; 1–3+ years in business ops or related
• Background in rigorous analytical environments plus hands-on ops or product ops in tech.
• Strong PM skills; track record influencing cross-functional initiatives.
• Hands-on experience creating AI workflows with Claude or similar tools; comfortable operating at
• Experience with data analysis tools and reporting platforms (e.g., Looker, Hex).
