🎯 Requirements

• At least 2 years of maintenance experience, preferably in facilities or building env.
• Proficient skills in at least two technical trades (plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, HVAC
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, on-call shifts (monthly).
• Reliable transportation to respond to emergency service requests.
• Comfort with physical activity and ability to move heavy equipment.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.
