📋 Description

• Visual Merchandising lead to achieve store sales and maximize profitability in partnership with the
• Collaborates with Operations & Visual Manager to initiate, delegate work, and provide feedback
• Maintains strategic product presentation, merchandising, and floor changes to meet business needs.
• Executes and maintains visual direction from planning through budgets and timelines.
• Manages floor changes, inventory, and vendor coordination to support the store’s performance.
• Leads by example to inspire Associates and deliver strong guest experiences.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years in a client-centric, sales environment.
• Proven leadership capabilities and ability to recruit and develop talent.
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to leverage metrics for strategy.
• Demonstrates high energy, upbeat demeanor, and ability to balance fun with work.
• Self-motivated with a desire to achieve results both individually and as a team.
