📋 Description

• Own performance and development of Gelato's production partner network across Europe
• Data-driven role using data, automation, and technology to improve performance
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Commercial, Procurement, and Supply Chain
• Identify gaps, build dashboards, and scalable operating mechanisms
• Automate manual processes using AI tools to increase speed and reduce manual work
• Onboard and optimize new partners on GelatoConnect for faster reliable growth

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years experience in operations, strategy, or related fields
• Strong data, dashboards, and metrics literacy; systems thinker
• Automation-minded with experience using AI/tools to reduce manual work
• Structured problem solver with ability to make decisions with imperfect information
• Commercially aware with focus on cost, quality, speed, and growth
• High ownership and ability to influence without direct authority
