📋 Description

• Design and build end-to-end features, enhancing our existing systems and contributing to agentic
• Fix user-facing bugs and issues, and make quality-of-life improvements across backend/frontend
• Get hands-on with evaluation frameworks that measure accuracy, robustness, and clinical reliability
• Help prototype with new models, prompting techniques, and open-source orchestration tools
• Develop a strong user-centric mindset, building empathy for clinicians and their challenges
• Collaborate across cross-functional product teams to ship features to customers

🎯 Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's in CS, Software Eng or related field
• A strong interest in pursuing a full-time software engineering role in 2027
• AI tooling is part of how you work — write, debug, learn faster, know when to verify
• Passion for and understanding of Abridge's mission
• Curious, adaptable, proactive mindset in a fast-paced startup
