📋 Description

• Lead fulfilment of open vacancies with hiring managers.
• Coordinate with offshore RSSs and RCs; coach/mentor team.
• Drive recruitment lifecycle best practices and KPI attainment.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years end-to-end recruitment experience.
• Behavioral-based interviewing experience.
• MSAs/SOWs understanding; ATS experience.
• Strong analytics skills; data-driven decision making.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
