📋 Description

• Lead fulfilment of open vacancies with hiring managers
• Collaborate with offshore RSSs and RCs; coach and mentor staff
• Drive recruitment lifecycle best practices and KPI attainment
• Provide consultative, strategic talent solutions to client stakeholders
• Manage requisitions with accurate recruitment data per client processes

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years end-to-end recruitment experience, global preferred
• Behavioral interview experience across roles
• MSAs and SOWs understanding; ATS experience
• Strong analytics skills; data driven with actionable insights
• Ability to influence without authority; exceptional communication
• BS/BA degree preferred; tertiary business qualification desirable
