📋 Description

• Lead internal change, communications, readiness, and adoption activities for Finance
• Translate broad change plans into clear, timely communications across Shield AI channels.
• Develop and lead a cross-functional Change Champion Network to reinforce messages and surface
• Build leadership alignment via talking points, briefings, and employee forums.
• Identify resistance and people-related risks in partnership with stakeholders.
• Coordinate training readiness activities, including train-the-trainer sessions and end-user

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in organizational change management, communications, program management, HR, or related
• Experience with complex technology, ERP, or enterprise transformation initiatives.
• Strong written communication, facilitation, stakeholder-management, and executive-facing
• Ability to influence across functions as a senior individual contributor.
• Experience developing communications, employee engagement, and training coordination.
• Ability to simplify complex changes into practical, audience-specific information.
