AI Transformation Program Manager

📋 Description

• Define and execute the AI transformation roadmap aligned with AI strategy.
• Identify, structure, evaluate, and prioritize AI use cases by impact, feasibility, scalability.
• Own AI initiatives end-to-end: opportunity, business case, deployment, adoption, value realization.
• Translate business challenges into AI, automation, and data-driven solutions for operations.
• Contribute to technical implementation: automation, data pipelines, AI apps, and AI-enabled
• Train and empower employees to use AI tools responsibly.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, or related discipline.
• 5+ years in transformation/program management with end-to-end delivery.
• Proven ability to take AI/tech use cases from concept to measurable outcomes.
• Hands-on experience building and deploying AI solutions (not just advisory).
• Strong understanding of AI deployment in business contexts.
• Solid knowledge of modern development approaches, including Python or similar.
