📋 Description

• Senior-level contract role evaluating AI coding interactions
• Assess usefulness, accuracy, and engineering quality of AI responses
• Review reasoning, explanations, and developer guidance from coding agents
• Provide actionable, opinionated feedback to improve AI-assisted development
• Remote engagement with flexible hours for experienced engineers
• Focus on Codex/Claude Code/Cursor and similar AI tools

🎯 Requirements

• Senior engineering background (Staff/Principal level or equivalent)
• Strong Python and/or TypeScript/JavaScript proficiency
• Hands-on AI coding experience with Codex, Claude Code, Cursor, or equivalents
• Deep knowledge of AI-enabled software engineering workflows
• Excellent communication and high-quality engineering judgment
• Preference for experience mentoring engineers or setting standards is a plus
