🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of product design experience, including at least 5 years in a design leadership role
• Bachelor’s degree in HCI, Psychology, CS, or related; Master’s preferred.
• Strong portfolio showing strategic problem-solving, leadership, and delivery of complex products.
• Proven experience designing complex, data-heavy enterprise software or professional-grade
• Deep expertise in information architecture and navigation for high-density platforms.
• Hands-on experience implementing Generative AI, LLMs, or agentic workflows in live products.
