📋 Description
- Lead establishment and maturation of provincial healthcare data governance program.
- Develop and maintain governance frameworks, policies, standards, decision rights, accountability
- Provide strategic leadership across governance, digital health, analytics, privacy, and
- Establish governance structures for data ownership, accountability, and responsibilities across the
- Partner with government leaders, clinicians, technical teams, operational groups, and external
- Develop digital health strategies and roadmaps supporting system-wide transformation.
🎯 Requirements
- University degree in Healthcare Sciences, Health Administration, Business Administration, Health
- 10+ years leading Canadian healthcare data governance strategy at provincial level or similar scale.
- 10+ years leadership in government, health-system planning, data and/or digital health.
- 10+ years leading initiatives at provincial healthcare-system scale.
- 8+ years developing digital health strategies and roadmaps at provincial scale.
- 8+ years stakeholder management across clinical, business, technical and public/private sectors.
