🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare, IT, or related field.
• 3+ years PM experience with charters, schedules, RAID, status reports.
• 3+ years in IT or clinical Service Desk optimization ( intake, triage, escalation, SLAs).
• ITIL Foundation v3/v4 or equivalent hands-on ITIL.
• Experience gathering workflow and usability requirements with clinicians/end users.
• Strong business analysis, process mapping, problem-solving, user-centered design.
