📋 Description
- Lead establishment and maturity of a healthcare data governance program at provincial/system-wide
- Develop and maintain governance frameworks, policies, standards, decision rights, accountability
- Provide strategic leadership across governance, privacy, analytics, digital health, and planning.
- Establish governance structures clarifying ownership, accountability, decisions, and
- Partner with government leaders, healthcare executives, clinicians, technical teams, operations
- Develop digital health strategies and roadmaps supporting system-wide transformation.
🎯 Requirements
- University degree in Healthcare Sciences, Health Administration, Business Administration, Health
- 10+ years leading Canadian healthcare data governance strategy at provincial/territorial level.
- 10+ years of public-sector healthcare leadership experience with data/digital health.
- 5+ years engaging privacy departments and privacy officers on policies and PIA.
- 8+ years of stakeholder management across clinical, business, and technical domains.
- Strong strategic thinking, communication, and executive stakeholder management.
