📋 Description

• Define and drive the technical roadmap for regulatory reporting automation across all licensed
• Lead architecture decisions across data pipelines, submission tooling, and AI-assisted compliance
• Own delivery of regulatory reporting milestones — ensuring reports are accurate, on time, and
• Act as the primary engineering point of contact for Compliance, Legal, and Finance; translate
• Drive adoption of AI/LLM tooling to automate repetitive review, gap analysis, and interpretation
• Define and uphold data quality, testing, and reconciliation standards across all reporting models.

• 5+ years of software engineering experience.
• Strong backend engineering foundation — Python, Kotlin, or Java; comfortable with SQL at scale.
