AIT Engineering Team Lead

📋 Description

• Lead the AIT Engineering team for satellite assembly, integration and testing.
• Serve as technical focal point during spacecraft builds.
• Collaborate with optical, mechanical, electrical, systems, quality and production teams.
• Oversee integration of externally supplied optical payloads.
• Drive robust processes and scalable solutions in a fast-paced prod env.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in spacecraft AIT, system integration, testing or complex hardware production.
• Strong cross-discipline system-level testing experience.
• Experience with optical systems, optomechanics, payloads or Earth Observation.
• Experience with cleanroom/controlled environments and precision hardware.
• DFM/DFT, AIT processes, test procedures, documentation and GSE tooling knowledge.
• Excellent communication and English proficiency.
