📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end Power BI and analytics engagements with client as primary contact.
• Facilitate workshops to define KPIs and reporting requirements; translate needs into analytics
• Design, develop, and optimize Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Build data models with star schema, develop DAX measures, use Power Query to integrate data.
• Establish data refresh strategies and scalable, enterprise-aligned solutions.
• Troubleshoot data, visualization, and performance issues; ensure high-quality deliverables.

🎯 Requirements

• 5–8+ years in data analytics/BI; 3–5+ years hands-on Power BI experience.
• Proven experience leading end-to-end reporting and analytics initiatives.
• Advanced Power BI, data modeling, visualization; strong DAX and Power Query (M).
• Experience with SQL databases, APIs, data warehouses, Excel, and other sources.
• Knowledge of data transformation, performance optimization, and scalable analytics.
• Strong analytical, communication, and client-facing skills; ability to explain complex concepts.
