Senior Data Product Manager

📋 Description

• Own data platform strategy, integrations, and end-user data enablement with a long-term data
• Manage integrations across referrals, billing, marketing, clinical, and other systems.
• Define data quality, monitoring, and alerting as core requirements for trusted data.
• Identify AI opportunities and automate workflows to reduce engineering dependence.
• Build self-service analytics and marketer-controlled segmentation for multiple business users.
• Align metrics, data models, and truth sources across teams while balancing short-term and long-term

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years in product management, with at least 2 years in data platforms/products/infrastructure.
• Strong modern data stack knowledge: ELT, cloud data warehousing, transformation, orchestration, BI
• Comfort with SQL and data quality considerations (grain, joins, completeness).
• Proven experience leading cross-team initiatives and governance of metrics and data foundations.
• Track record building self-service data capabilities for non-technical users.
• Strategic thinking with prioritization, roadmaps, and stakeholder management; comfortable with
