📋 Description

• Manage facilities ops for Memphis campus buildings
• Lead internal team and vendors for PM, break/fix, and grounds
• Oversee HVAC, plumbing, electrical and life-safety systems
• Implement preventive maintenance and on-call support
• Partner with construction to plan site improvements
• Ensure cost controls and high standards of appearance

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor

1s in engineering, business, or supply chain

• 5+ years facilities engineering or project mgmt
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint)
• Experience managing budgets
• Experience managing third-party vendors
• Experience with asset management or CMMS / work-order software
