Senior Product Manager - Client Platform

📋 Description

• Own the Comms product area end to end within Client Platform
• Set long-term vision for cross-channel client and internal communications
• Define roadmap for Push Notifications, Attachments, Statements, and in-platform Chat
• Work with engineering to shape technical approach and unblock delivery
• Set success metrics (deliverability, engagement, latency, reliability)
• Collaborate across teams to make Comms a scalable platform service

🎯 Requirements

• 2-3 years in product for fintech/SaaS or strong engineering background moving to product
• Technical fluency with architecture discussions and code reviews
• Systems thinking across email, push, docs, live chat channels
• Experience designing scalable communications infrastructure
• Data-driven with ability to set baselines and targets
