• 12+ years total experience; 7–10+ years PM in high-growth settings.
• Proven ability to launch customer-facing products with measurable outcomes.
• Experience in financial services or regulated industries preferred.
• Customer-centric leadership and excellent communication skills.
• Strong analytical, storytelling, and execution capabilities.
