📋 Description

• Define and mature security operations frameworks and incident standards.
• Build and lead security operations for monitoring, investigation, triage, escalation, and response.
• Improve detection coverage and containment with analytics, automation, and modern security
• Collaborate with IT teams for secure integrations, logging, and monitoring across on‑prem and cloud.
• Oversee security technology portfolio and roadmaps to improve capability and maturity.
• Lead tabletop exercises and incident preparedness initiatives with external providers as needed.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Admin, IT, Cybersecurity, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years in cybersecurity with at least 7 years in incident response and security operations
• Extensive experience with SIEM, SOAR, XDR/EDR, threat intel, forensics, and cloud‑native monitoring.
• Strong ability to lead security frameworks, metrics, escalation models, and continuous improvement.
• Experience across cloud and on‑prem environments; excellent communication with stakeholders.
• Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, CRISC preferred; regulated industries experience
