📋 Description
- Define and mature security operations frameworks and incident standards.
- Build and lead security operations for monitoring, investigation, triage, escalation, and response.
- Improve detection coverage and containment with analytics, automation, and modern security
- Collaborate with IT teams for secure integrations, logging, and monitoring across on‑prem and cloud.
- Oversee security technology portfolio and roadmaps to improve capability and maturity.
- Lead tabletop exercises and incident preparedness initiatives with external providers as needed.
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Admin, IT, Cybersecurity, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 10+ years in cybersecurity with at least 7 years in incident response and security operations
- Extensive experience with SIEM, SOAR, XDR/EDR, threat intel, forensics, and cloud‑native monitoring.
- Strong ability to lead security frameworks, metrics, escalation models, and continuous improvement.
- Experience across cloud and on‑prem environments; excellent communication with stakeholders.
- Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, CRISC preferred; regulated industries experience
