Process Scientist

📋 Description

• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver tech transfer milestones.
• Drive manufacturing support and continuous process improvements.
• Maintain site supply readiness for new AbbVie products.
• Represent the site at customer, regulatory meetings, and audits.
• Ensure GMP compliance and SOP adherence.
• Support digitisation and Track and Trend programmes.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant scientific/engineering discipline; MSc/PhD advantageous.
• 8+ years pharma experience (BSc); 7+ years (MSc); 5+ years (PhD).
• End-to-end product transfer and launch experience, including regulatory engagements.
• Strong technical background in pharmaceutical manufacturing, with troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with shifting priorities.
