📋 Description

• Oversee day-to-day management of Field Officers (FOs) and field teams in Rwanda.
• Plan daily work, track performance, and drive productivity and quality.
• Mitigate risks, adjust plans with FM/PM, and report field updates regularly.
• Coach FOs, support capacity-building, and ensure timely reports.
• Coordinate field operations with senior management to ensure delivery goals.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Experience in management is an asset.
• Proficiency in English and Kinyarwanda with strong communication.
• Ability to solve complex operational challenges in the field.
• Analytical mindset with comfort using data to track performance.
• Strong ownership, teamwork, and commitment to GD’s mission.
