📋 Description

• Perform manual and exploratory testing of an interactive, web-based weather visualization platform.
• Verify radar displays, map layers, storm patterns, and other weather visualizations for accuracy.
• Participate in live testing during tornado outbreaks and significant weather events when required.
• Identify, investigate, document, and clearly communicate bugs and anomalies.
• Collaborate with developers to reproduce issues, validate fixes, and improve quality/usability.
• Evaluate end-user experience and suggest weather-aware enhancements based on behavior.

🎯 Requirements

• Current student in meteorology, climatology, environmental sciences, or related weather field, or a
• Deep understanding of weather concepts, radar maps, forecasting models, storm tracking, and data
• Regular user of weather apps, visualization tools, or weather data sources.
• Strong curiosity, attention to detail, and ability to identify inconsistencies.
• Clear English communication and documentation skills for describing bugs and observations.
• Comfortable navigating web apps and testing across multiple browsers/devices.
