Construction General Manager - Oil & Gas

📋 Description

• Lead and manage all construction activities from planning through commissioning and project
• Develop construction execution strategies, schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
• Direct and coordinate contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and construction teams.
• Provide construction input during engineering, procurement, and project planning phases.
• Oversee site construction, installation, testing, pre-commissioning, and commissioning activities.
• Ensure compliance with HSE regulations, quality requirements, and industry best practices.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 12 years of relevant experience in construction, industrial, infrastructure, energy, or EPC
• Proven experience managing large-scale construction projects from planning through commissioning
• Strong background in contractor management, project execution, construction planning, and site
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple stakeholders, budgets, risks, and project schedules.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
