• Senior ops leader for Hemel Hempstead and York warehouses
• Drive performance, controls, and scalable multi-site operations
• Lead configuration activity from a warehouse perspective

🎯 Requirements

• Senior warehouse ops experience, multi-site preferred
• People management of supervisors/inventory teams
• Strong knowledge of warehouse workflows, WMS, stock control
• Experience with secure/complex shipments and international moves
• Hybrid role with regular Hemel Hempstead presence and York travel
• Data-driven with KPI focus and continuous improvement
